29 + 5w and have been experience menstrual like cramps all day - not painful as such but quite uncomfortable. Some of the cramps have been moving up my side and towards my back. Could this just be stretching or should I get it checked ? X

Could be ligaments stretching hun :) but if you are worried I'd contact your midwife hun xx

Pain management please 🙋🏽 my son been moving a lot my back and legs been cramping and my whole body just hurts. Then my stomach been numb and irritating at the bottom. Oh yeah on top of that I have heartburn out the ass 🤦🏽‍♀️

Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?
