Experienced labor mommies: what do I REALLY need to pack for the hospital?
Pjs, toiletries, sports bras, phone charger, extension cord, camera, and items for the baby.
comfy pair of pajamas (if you don't like gowns) hair brush phone charger phone camra. underwear and bra. they provide you toothpaste shampoo etc.
For me all I really needed was comfortable pajamas (don't take tight fitting clothes. Won't be very comfortable), slippers, shower necessities, extension cord , phone charger, maternity bra if breastfeeding or regular bra, hospital food isn't everyone's forte so money or snacks, baby's things (clothes, receiving blankets, binkies, if you have a particular set of bottles you are going to use bring em, mittens, socks, hats) , if you are planning vaginal delivery it may sound terrible but my sister actually gave me this one adult diapers (the pads the give you there are bulky terrible and don't have the best coverage. Especially if you bleed heavily. I kept bleeding all over my bed until my sister brought them up. Was a life saver)
all i used out of mine was a sports bra , clothes , hair brush , tooth brush , tooth paste , deodorant , phone charger .
slippers, clothes, deodorant, shower gel and underwear, snacks, stuff to keep you busy, phone charger, what you need for the baby
