I rang to make a new claim n set it up on the 5th they sent this 11th still not heard nothing and they said they can't give me a date? how long dose it take. been left without money for 2weeks nearly now!!

They messed me about for around 3 months but I did get back paid. If they don't give you income support I really recommend speaking to the citizens advice bureau. x
my maternity loan was fast lol. they said anytime upto Wednesday could be. but they don't no when. yeah I just wait well il have to lol. just hard I had baby early n moneys not sorted x
It can take up to 6 weeks sometimes if there is a back log they are very slow for IS
It takes just as long as it could take for a maternity grant .. they'll obviously back track you claim and give u all the payments that you've missed out on .. just have to be patient with it
they said my claim is Live and active just waiting for payment x
