Do research on the Marina and the nexplanon. Those were the two my OB suggested both don't have gain weight.

I just took out my nexplanon I gained 15lbs on it and also my depression and mood were through the roof once I got it out I notice a significant decline in my appetite

I was on Lo Lestrin and it didn't make me gain any weight!
