i kept it on 70 in our house. it really depends on your house but you dont want it hot.

Dr always told me if I'm cold baby is cold and if I'm hot baby is hot. but don't ever use a blanket for them to sleep in you can just put a onsies on and pjs

We keep ours at 75. Some days I turn it off all together.
