It's stopped now. It seems it's an occasional thing so may be its a slow build up for us @natsbabyboy

I'm exactly the same as you @sweetsesame mild cramping and pains in my crotch I've started with abit of the poop clear out too! 🙈🙊 but it seems to off settled down now. I'm just going to keep an eye on it and if it gets worse I'll ring the midwife x
