This month has been so challenging, my sons first year in school, busy at work, my back hurting, 5 birthdays 😜!!! I have been running behind with everything about me (my meal plan, no time to work out, no time to rest/breed)! However this morning I stepped up on the scale and....pleasant surprise...I dropped 3 pounds in the last weekπŸ˜³πŸ˜€! My metabolism it's a lot more active! Conclusion: When life happens, don't lose your focus and do your best!
