Need help! i have been breastfeeding for about 4 weeks now. My Right boob is so full but no milk comes out! i tried a warm towel, pumping , nursing and massaging. nothing seems to work. its a little sore but not bad pain.. any advice on how get this milk out!

@lizzib00, thanks for commenting :) i tried that last night and pumped as.well at the same time. :(
today he fed off 3 times in a row and nothing so i had to switch to left side as he wasnt getting much from right.

i have been drinking fluids and eating to help.

@amk21, that's strange maybe the right side is a slacker boob maybe try heat compression hopefully that will help the milk flow
