I just noticed some redness on my 4 month old son's penis that wasn't there before. He doesn't seem to be in any pain or discomfort but I'm kind of worried (picture in comments) let me know what you ladies think

I would put a+d or some kind of healing ointment. definently looks sore. poor baby. glad you caught it before it go worse

Try putting rash cream on it and see if it'll help.
