It really upsets me that my own mother never asks me to help out with Mateo. My mother in law is the one always asking if I need at least a break for an hour so I can nap or go out and take a walk or just breathe for a little. Whenever I ask my mom she gets mad and says she doesn't have time to take care of kids.

@babycromer, I mean I love my mom and she gives me really good advice and stuff but I just wish she helped out once in a while 😕

@tammyo141 that sucks. I'm sorry. Our moms suck. You definitely aren't irresponsible; clearly you are trying to get a job and that screams responsibility to me.

@babycromer, I had interviews early in the morning these past 2 days so I haven't gotten much sleep at all. I asked my mom if she could watch him so I can nap a bit and she got so aggravated calling me irresponsible...

My mom is the same way. Only, she watches my niece 2-3 times a week but when I ask her she's always 'tired' from watching my niece so she can't watch my son. 😡
