been sick for three days with a sore throat but last night now my nose is stuffed up entirely. feels like I'm getting worse. really don't want to go to the doctor and be sent home. any medications I can buy over the counter? or should I just go in? no fever

I've been told affrin it does help a little
Tylenol products, saline spray, Vicks. They should help.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I used Baby Vicks during my whole pregnancy. But, I just put it on my feet with fuzzy socks. I never put it on my chest or face. I also used it in the shower. Put an open jar while I showered so I could smell the vapors. My midwife okay'ed it.
