Having really bad period pains and back ache last about 5 mins die off n then start again gonna have a warm bath to see if they die off no plug no waters should I phone midwife if they are still happening after bath X x

If you are concerned I would call the midwife or even the pregnancy assessment unit. You don't need to see any sign of your waters or plug to go into labour xx
