ladies please help I've been contracting since last night and been having diahrrea all day yesterday not only that my belly had been hard like a rock and with every contraction it gets worst Any ideas what could it be?

Get checked out! Could be dehydrated. Drink some water and see if that helps too.

I only had those if I wasn't drinking enough water. Diarrhea can cause dehydration too.
