Any mommas struggle with urinary retention after a c-section? I am and its awefil, this is the 3rd foley catheter they're putting in...Trying to be patient but I really need help!!!

@mrssanderson,  yes I have been able to walk around. i even pumed a bit:)

I had my catheter taken out less than 12 hours after surgery & was able to get up to use the bathroom, shower etc. have you been able to get out of bed yet?
