I was 275 pounds at my heaviest. I was unable to get pregnant. I tried for over 3 years. I spent months exercising and dieting and I got down to 214 lbs. I gave up and then... I got pregnant. I was shocked and surprised. I also found out I love dieting and fitness. I know that when the baby is born I will be able to get to my goal weight and the baby will grow up to be active and healthy.
I could hug you! 💗 I think you're so wonderful! 💪🏼 A friend that I've grown up with is nearly 300lbs. She posts status after status about how she wishes she was a mother and can't wait to be a child. Even status blaming God and how it's His fault that she's not a mom yet. She also posts status after status of pictures of her "snack"..which was a No.2 from McDonald's PLUS a bag of cookies. It's all fine to have cheat meals. One pizza won't make you fat just like one salad won't make you thin. But, she refuses to diet or work out. She refuses to stop drinking 6 cokes a day (her exact words.). All of this even after doctors have told her she MUST loose weight. She's morbidly obese, and still thinks she should get pregnant any second. Of course, when told her about how I dropped 60lbs by switching to a vegetarian lifestyle she called me a "crazy animal lover." (that's a bad thing?), and when I told her how much I love hot yoga, she accused me of "fat shamming". It's just insane. I wish she knew you! I wish she knew that if you work for something, the reward can be SO precious! 💞 Congratulations! You really deserve this!
Same here, I didnt have trouble getting pregnant but the rest is the same and my kids loving working out with us
