Well it really just depends on the situation. For my miscarriage mine was considered "spontaneous" and my body passed everything on its own in 3 days. Now if your body is having a hard time passing it then it's best to do the dnc to get everything out cause it'll cause an infection but the way your previous posts described it looks like your body is passing it on its own. They'll just monitor you and see if your body passes it without needing help
with my mc the baby stoped growing around 6 weeks i didnt even find out i was pregnant till week 9 and didnt mc till week 15 my doctor gave me an option to try to pass by myself and as long as i didnt show signs of an infection. i went to the doctor every week to be checked on. i finally took a pill to help me because i didnt want a DNC

I only bled for 5 days from start to finish but my sister bled for close to two weeks. Every body is different

I bled with my first 2 for a week with my last I bled 3 weeks after DNC
