thank you ladies! this all day sick feeling isn't working for me lol.
I liked the peppermint hard candies, I would suck on one whenever I was really nauseous and my nausea would ease up a bit or sometimes completely go away. Other things that I have heard work for other people are gingerale, crackers, lemon, and these things called seabands they're bracelets that hold down the pressure points on your wrist and help with motion sickness.
I chewed on peppermint gum. I also sucked on breath mints.
