I've got a sinuses infection and my head feels heavy and it hurts what do I do I've taken everything in the book and nothing works plus my throat hurts 😷😷😷😷

Try a hot bubble bath using this! It helps, and try Vicks vapor rub on your chest. That's what I did when I had a sinus infection. And take plenty of Benadryl!
