it can take up to 6 weeks i think to get your period back but my doctor told me i should come back as a normal cycle after my miscarriage i waited 4 weeks it never showed and i took a test to find out i was pregnant again

It can take awhile to regulate again. I got my 1st period about 6 weeks after my MC.
