How soon after birth can you exercise? I've gained so much weight.😭

I'm going to lose my mind lol. Im not use to being this big! 😂 it will be worth it once he is born though.

It also depends on if u have a c section or regular birth

as soon as ur dr gives u the ok...to make sure u are ok to do any

I think they say 6 weeks after but I tried it with my first and couldn't even walk fast enough after 6 weeks so I would say to wait a little longer than that!!
