So even though I'm spotting after nexaplanon removal , very lightly spotting , is it still possible for me to be pregnant? (I'm trying for a baby). And had sex the day of the removal right after.
I NEED to be pregnant with the next month😔.

i got pregnant within the first month after getting mine removed. i had the same thing spotting a couple days after....then a real period a week or so later....and next month i was pregnant. Good Luck!!!

It's possible but not usual.... It usually takes a cycle to get pregnant
