Okay, I'll delete this at some point, but I want to rave for a minute. I joined a "biggest loser" challenge at work 6 weeks ago and today I won! I lost nearly 6% of my body weight in 6 weeks. Beyond the pride of beating 20 coworkers, I also brought home $280!
