what to pack in moms hospital bag and baby girls hospital bag?

I use them!!! I should have had them going in but I made sure to have them at home and they are a life saver!! they're actually compfy to!!

@dcb012, yes! I started wearing them after I had a minor surgery down there and it made it so much easier than a pad! Even when I had heavy days on my period id throw a pair on over regular undies/pad and sleep with them to prevent leaking on the bed!

I know it sounds silly but, what @dcb012 said! I wish I had known about them after I had my first baby, I'll bring them with this birth!
