Y'all have any tips on better breastfeeding?? My production won't change its like I only produce 1.5 & I've been at it for 2 months! 😧 I mean I pump but not as much as on demand feedings. I've been doing straight from the source. But it's sooo stressful breastfeeding period but I love the wonders of it.
Nurse then pump right after baby is done
Foods that help with producing milk: oatmeal, fish not high in Mercury, fish oil pills. I drank water when I pumped it helped with the let down. And a real winner for me was non-alcoholic beer. It tastes like beer but it's basically just a milk producing machine drink
Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!
In the class I am taking they say that skin to skin contact produces more milk. Dk how true it is so for the first 6 weeks I was told to only breastfeed. Hints I am taking a class lol!
