Haha @proudmomma2016 I know what you mean!! it's concerning especially when doctors are constantly telling you they have to have a certain amount of dirty/wet diapers lol
I had the same problem and I freaked out... but I found a solution lol
take his legs and kinda bend it where his knees touch his belly and hold it there for 15-20 secs.. then stretch his legs(do this about 10x ) then kinda massage his belly.. about 10x and the next diaper change or the one after that he should have a surprise for you (;
Try some gripe water or mylicon gas when constipated is extremely normal and sadly painful for babies we have pain imagine them I don't want to recommend anything because he so young so try and call your pedi and see what they say or you can try the tip of a thermometer with Vaseline just the silver tip and see if that helps and bicycle his feet and a warm bath
They say wait until 4-5 days without then call doctor it's pretty normal my daughter was like that I breastfeed and formula fed
