Headaches headaches headache... Anyone got any advice don't want to take paracetamol all the time?

I used them cool packs you stick on your forehead, the non medicated ones x

Drink plenty! Make sure you're staying hydrated! X

@bethboo, I suffered terribly in my first trimester with them and sometimes still now, I did take paracetamols like my midwife told me but I tried to use them as a last resort, I got the 4head stick and the strips too. Plus constantly drank water. I had one day off sick where I just had to lay in a dark room too. Mine would last for 2-3 days at a time, bloody nightmare but I got through them, good luck Hun!

I had them terrible for weeks on end. I had to take pain killers as they were so bad. Try to drink plenty and I also found forehead roll on really helped to take the edge off esp when trying to get to sleep.x

Well I know I'll be going straight to town after work for some forehead, it just doesn't seem to matter what I do they get so bad :(
