Just a heads up I learned something new yesterday. I know a lot of women who are ttc take prenatal well my doctor told me that gel capsule prenatal are the best to take because the are absorbed into the body better. I take the gels and they are available at Walmart. Just thought I'd pass on the word.

or gummy... they just dont suggest hard pills because they take so long to break down you just pass most of them

depends on which ones mine have 1g of sugar and everything i need except calcium so i take calcium chews to make up for thar
