hopefully I don't have to formula feed. But if I do, I want to start with either SIMILAC or ENFAMIL. does anyone use either one and never had an issue?? I'm gonna ask his pediatrician too at his first appt.

my son can't use enfamil or similac, not even the gentle formula from both companies. they gave him such bad reflux that he wouldn't even eat. I was breastfeeding but my supply wasn't enough for him, so I had to give him some formula. I use parents choice now, and he does so well on it when he does have to have it. my supply went back up though, so he breastfeeds unless I'm away doing stuff for the Army
I use nutramigen and similac if I have to use formula.
I used Enfamil Newborn with my son. It was gentle on his tummy. The regular Enfamil was getting him constipated.
Similac works great with my little one she hasn't had any issues digesting and never spits up.

i perfer similac. enfamil has had way to many recalls. and a child actully passed away about a month ago because there was bacteria in the formula.
