🚨🚨TMI: So I'm 6 month PP and for some reason (and especially lately) my urine has smelled extremely bad and I know it's not a change in diet or anything to that nature. I've been having pain in my ovaries and my lower sides of my back, which I know could be my kidneys. I just don't want to go to the doctor for something so little. It's not affecting my everyday life, so I'm just wondering if it is a kidney infection can it just go away on its own?
