I'm so sick of being a push over, but whenever I try and stand up for myself, I just feel two faced or like a sh*tty person.

I have a question. Recently my friend said I wasn't really a single mom because I have a significant other. My BF is not my child's father, we don't live together, and taking care of Jude is solely my responsibility. Am I wrong for feeling a little butt hurt that she said that? It felt like she was taking credit away from me, if that makes sense.
