Any tips for dilating? I was induced at 12 am and have only dilated 1cm 😟

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾♀️

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

stand on the side of the bed slightly bent at the waist and wiggle hips. Stand more and let gravity help a little . I just went through that and let me tell you it was hell. Good Luck!
