I think I did too much nipple stimulation and acupuncture. They are definitely crampin me up. Making dinner but gotta sit down between checking the meals because these cramps and BH won't let up.

I can't really tell because the cramps has happened before but usually after I eat they go away. Then ill drink two glasses of water and lay down. But if they don't pass by then I'm calling my MW.
