I am 6 weeks postpartum and I am still having somewhat bloody lochea. It is bright red too. I went to the doctor today for my 6 week appt and everything looked and seemed fine on my examination. However when I get home I started bleeding some again. Is that normal? I had bright red blood turned to dark a few days ago.
