question is red wine safe while pregnant

I never did it but I hear ppl say it's ok, but thank am not taking the chance

My docs say to avoid alcohol completely, but some will tell you that a glass is ok once in awhile. There's not a lot of research on what alcohol does and there's no limit that has been deemed safe, so I say it's best to avoid.
