I'm 1 cm dilated been 1cm since 32weeks. I've been in early labor for 3 weeks now... contractions everyday that are constant. But I'm not dilating at all, I'm getting worried. why am I not dilating!

I was 1cm and in early labor for 4 weeks! I was super active one day and the next she was here. Go on a bumpy car ride!

I walk about 3-4 miles a day and haven't changed at all. they even said it common to be dilated 1cm at 30 weeks When you have had kids before..

may take longer..my mom was dilated at 2cm and then a week later she was 8cm when she was pregnant with me....said walking every day alot did it
