omg that's what I'm going thru she still high I'm so scared I don't understand this is baby #5

I walk about 3-4 miles a day and haven't changed at all. they even said it common to be dilated 1cm at 30 weeks When you have had kids before..

may take longer..my mom was dilated at 2cm and then a week later she was 8cm when she was pregnant with me....said walking every day alot did it
