im 37 weeks 3cm dilated and ive been having menstrual like cramping since last night what can I do to make them stronger. they are gonna induce me in a week if I don't have strong enough contractions to put me in actual labor.

Vacuum and mop/sweep!!' Also I carried a bag of dog food around the store for 2 hours right before I got sent to the hospital to have my 2nd baby
