moms how long am I going to be bleeding and also how long am I going be cramping I'm 6 weeks and high risk

okay just try to relax. my doctor just said having your cervix checked, sex, lifting something heavy, to much stress, and etc... can cause bleeding. im 26 weeks tomorrow and been having braxton hick contractions since week 23 along with some bleeding. so if you start cramping take a Tylenol and relax.

@meeka725, i have been to the doctor twice with bleeding with this pregnancy and they keep saying im fine and have seen two different doctors. i bleed the first time for about a week and the second time for about two weeks. what makes you high risk with this pregnancy?

And if you're high risk it doesn't make any sense why they'd tell you it's normal. You should see a different hospital. If you're high risk bleeding and cramping definitely isn't normal.

Bleeding isn't normal during pregnancy. Less than 20 percent of women bleed during pregnancy and many miscarry after bleeding as much as you've described. Anyway, no one can tell you when you're going to stop bleeding or how long it usually lasts because it's not a normal event which is why OBs tell you to go to the ER if you experience bleeding accompanied by cramping.

i went to the er on Sunday actually bleeding is normal during pregnancy and they did blood test and ultrasound so baby is fine I'm jus waiting for my Ob to call me so I can come see him @jesjeslovesyou

No one can answer that. Bleeding isn't normal during pregnancy. See a doctor.
