aww thanks.. but i seriously cant stand orange juice and anything choco. loads of heartburn. ave been having ted meat but not as much red meat as i should and veg. am actually off food. thats why i had to turn to something other than eating and drinking. i guess i will have to try. @suzie80 thanks once again

Take your tablets with orange juice and eat as much dark chocolate as u can with them. I've heard good things about spa tone but never taken it either. I had a massive bleed and they said I needed a transfusion but I refused after my first. So they made me sit and do nothing apart from drink orange juice the best high quality u can get and dark chocolate with my iron tablets. Eat broccoli spinach anything dark green ideally raw. Try smoothies with green veg and fruits and orange juice. Eat red meats too. High quality foods. Look online for other foods rich in iron. And eat loads. My iron levels pepped up over 9 within a week of my routine after my first. Maybe it can work for u too. U need to eat quite a dark good quality chocolate tho.
