So stupid question but I haven't been pregnant in 5years until now so.....is it safe or okay to be sleeping on your back while pregnant? I usually try to stay on my sides but I wake up a lot on my back, it's most comfortable for me. Just curious... (:
It promotes your baby to be posterior I learned this the hard way 😒
I always lay on my back but propped up. more so bc I still get nauseous and it helps..
Okay thank you ladies, yeah o usually fall asleep on my left side it's way more comfy than my right haha, but thank you all again 😁
I slept on my back up until the morning my water broke, my doctor said it was fine as long as I was comfortable.
They say after 20 weeks you want to stay off of your back. Left side is the best blood flow and right side is okay too. 😊
my doctor as never told me anything about sleeping on my back. he just said as long as I'm comfortable.
So I'm supposed to start my period today and I took a test with fmu and it came back negative :( really bummed.. I just hate how I have to struggle to get pregnant. Everyone seems to get pregnant so quick I just don't understand :((
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My maternity photos came back 😍😍 (I posted the rest in the comments so I didn't spam u guys)
I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?
