Liam started rice and oatmeal in his bottles at 3 months doctors orders.liam didn't like the rice. So it's been oatmeal in every bottle since . He's 9 months now.

since my son had reflux his doctor recommended rice cereal in his bottle at 2 or 3 months since his milk wouldnt stay down ..it really helped he slept better throughout the night too...my mom always told me to give him cereal in his bottle so he would sleep better but i felt like she was being too old school but she was right ...i should of listened to her before i went to my sons doctor.

I didn't ask that and I know that I asked out of curiosity @t1mom

Rice cereal isn't recommended until atleast 4months as their digestive systems aren't quite ready for all that beforehand.
