So my little girl is 2 weeks old today and we are having a little issue. She is breastfeeding but we have to use a shield (because she can't latch on bare) and I also pump so she gets bottles. Our problem is she's spitting up... a lot! I'm worried that she's not getting enough to eat because she's spitting so much up. Can someone give me some advice?

Try the Bare Air Free bottles by Bitty Lab. They are helping my friends baby learn to latch and reducing gas, spit up, & acid reflux.

She may have a dairy intolerance, and if you have eaten dairy it can cause her to have tummy issues, or acid reflux.

Call her doctor and talk to him/her and see what they say. She may be having acid reflux.

try feeding her a little at a time then burping her. so like feed her for a couple minutes, burp her, thenput her back to the breast. sometimes babies overfeed themselves and it can cause their stomachs to stretch instead of grow which can make them sick.
