Having painful contractions and being sent home because they're not making me dilate. I'm very emotional right now, in pain and everyone's telling me to walk but it's so hard to. I want my hubby here so bad and I can't even get ahold of him to atleast hear his voice. 😔

sorry you're unable to talk to your husband V. I would be feeling the same way as you. how frustrating being sent home bc you're not dilating. how many hours did they monitor you for?

Not to scare you or anything but walking doesn't help everyone. Every pregnancy is different. Maybe bouncing on a ball can help.

Yes and as always the stupid nurses are so damn rude and make you feel stupid 😔 they only monitored me for an hour and a half at most. @mamaash
