Ive been taking epo orally and vaginally since 35 weeks and I'm only 1.5cm dilated and a little effaced. I believe it's helped @paisleemommie

have you tried the ball as well that has been helping me I actually need to get my lazy ass up and get on it lol they have good videos on YouTube you can watch to make sure your doing it right @paisleemommie

I've been walking and what not but it doesn't seem to help me 🙁 sex isn't an option I ain't in the mood 😂 if I squat I won't be able to get back up so its all a struggle rn 🙄😂 I started taking epo but I'm not sure if it's been helping. are you dilated at all?

Lol walking seems to get some women going.. that's what they will have you do in the hospital if your contractions to help dilate. good luck
