How can I get the swelling in one of my breast to go down!? I'm desperate lol I've tried ice packs but it really doesn't help... my other breast will give me 4 or so ounces and the engorgement will noticeably go down.. and with my swollen one I get 2-3 ounces and it stays sore and swollen :(

Yeah they might. Have it on there for like 10 minutes then take it off and massage then do it again

warm compress? I have the thermopacks from the hospital would those work ?

Could a clogged duct. For that you could use warm compress or in the shower let the water hit your breast and massage it, that might help it.
