I saw someone else on here saying they were eating medjool dates to help ripen their cervix....dates are delicious and one of my favorite appetizers ever is bacon wrapped dates they are seriously ridiculously good! I'm attaching a photo of the recipe

I think it shortened my labor cause I had a big ass cup before I came to the hospital.

39 weeks & a day .. my water broke at 6 am on Friday and I wasn't dilated till 1:45 . I had her at 7:59 so my labor was short .

@lexdotjayy, yes! I've been drinking it since 3rd trimester started 😊 I finally made some cold yesterday & it's even better!!
