You can :) see what they suggest! I take Benadryl and that usually helps me. But I'd check with your doctor and see if they suggest anything! I know some other ladies take Unisom. I hate having to take anything but I need my sleep! I work full time and have a 4 year old. Not to mention I love my sleep so I'm very offended when I don't get it haha!
