This might be a long shot but I need some questions answered. My sons father n I have decided to do 50/50 custody and split him, we'll my mom is on this thing that I shouldn't have a boyfriend. And saying that he can use that against me to get "full custody." Is that true!? This guy n I have been friends for awhile.
And who else thinks it's bull that he has to pay child support but I am not getting a dime off it?
He's putting it in a savings account for him, I'm so pissed off with this, like I have you kid 95% of the time but yet I am not going to see a penny for child support when you see me struggling! But yet his sister gets fucking child support..

The court generally won't allow child support to go into a savings account because the purpose is to help the child get necessities and if you don't have access to it you can't provide, defeating the purpose of the child support.
there is nothing to use against my bf. he's a great guy
he could use him against you if he has good reason. like making your home unfit. doing drugs or being abusive. if he doesn't get along with your child. etc. my sons dad tried to use my Fiancee against me when we first moved in together because he was a pot smoker. now he can pass a test any time and it wouldn't hold up in court. he's great with my son. just be careful with what you allow around your baby. as far as the child support goes... we don't do that we split everything 50/50 on our own so idk.
