Man my head hurt so bad, this headache going to my eyes I feel dizzy and feel like I am going to faint and I am sitting here drinking water what could it be

Take your BP! Sounds like it's high and have you been tested for preeclampsia ??

I been drinking water before the headache started and still drinking it

I felt dizy when I'd have my headaches. hospital told me to drink 4 glasses of water in 20 minutes. they were going to give me medicine but they couldn't because they wanted me to be able to feel my contractions (36 weeks pregnant) and I had pre-eclampsia. you might want to get yourself checked out just to be on the safe side.
