Might be a dumb question but I'm not sure.. I currently formula feed but I'm constantly leaking and my nipples since yesterday are super sore and red..wondering if I can breastfeed and bottle feed at the same time?

I'm not planning to breast feed but would you ladies recommend breast feeding for the first time or straight onto bottles? Everyone keeps telling me different and I need advice! 😓

since everyone tells me I hold my daughter too much I guess I will never Hold her unless I'm feeding her.
