hey mommas I have a quick question. I'm getting birth control in a couple weeks. I was thinking about a pill but now I'm really thinking of getting the nexplonon. you ladies who have it or did have it how many of you lost your sex drive? my sil has it and can't stand to have sex. I don't want that to happen to me.
Do you really think the way you are raised Has no impact on when and how you decide to have sex? I read a comment on another thread that really rubbed me the wrong way. Something about how teens have sex and there's just no stopping it no matter how you raise them.
Can I see all the mommies belly's and how many weeks are you 😁 sorry that's the only pic I have that you can actually see my baby I'm 23 weeks today what do you think I'm having ?

but first this is the test I got excited about, I took it later yesterday morning at only 8dpo. Did I get excited for nothing? :( I didn't tell anyone other than preggie and hubby, I showed him the test and he was so happy it breaks my heart. Ik I still have a week before my period is even due so Ik If I was I'm very early but that negative this morning has me honestly crushed! what do you think by this test? what would you have thought? :( What would you be thinking now if you got a neg the next morning?
If you have unprotected sex during the postpartum period could you get pregnant?????

Honey do NOT do it. Go with the pill. I have had nexplanon for 14 months and it completely ruined everything.

Do not get the nexplanon . It sucks and completely messed me up .

is that the bar in your arm? I have been on every birth control except the IUD pretty much and that was the only one I liked. its nonhormonal so if you lose you sex drive I have no idea what it could be because it doesn't add to or take away any hormones. I loved it never got pregnant on it and it was no worries for three years.

The pill actually has hormones in it which can mess with your mood, sex drove etc and can easily be forgotten. ultimately it's up to you but when it comes to non hormonal birth losing your sex drive might just be in your head

yes nexplanon releases hormones, it has estrogen in it @breezy1993

when I was on the pill it never did anything to my sex drive. thank you ladies for all the advise!! I will talk to my doctor and go from there while keeping all this in mind!
